The Energy Policy Institute is currently seeking a full-time Office Manager.

Position Overview:

Responsible for managing business and administrative functions, projects and reporting for the Energy Policy Institute.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Scheduling and event planning
  • Travel and procurement
  • Reporting, budget management
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Requires experience in monitoring budgets, producing financial reports, researching and compiling information for unit principals, organizing travel, planning and execution of events.
  • BS or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience in working with sponsored projects and managing grant budgets

The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Ability to identify, compile and report financial information
  • Ability to assist in planning and execution of large scale events
  • Knowledge of general principles of administrative support
  • Interest, experience, and/or ability to promote cultural competency and/or diversity

 Salary and benefits:  $23 per hour, 40  hours per week.
